The fourth Mubyarto Public Policy Forum was held on 13 November 2020 in combination with the Sadli Lecture. Professor Justin Yifu Lin (Peking University) delivered a lecture titled Industrial policies to escape the middle-income trap: a new structural economics approach for Indonesia. Dr Kiki Verico (Universitas Indonesia) and Dr Muhammad Edhie Purnawan (Universitas Gadjah Mada University) were the discussants.
