The fifth Mubyarto Public Policy Forum was held on 15 April 2021. Associate Professor Emeritus Christopher Manning (The Australian National University) delivered a talk titled COVID-19 and jobs: implications for Indonesia’s on-going rural transformation, Professor Catur Sugiyanto (Universitas Gadjah Mada) delivered a talk titled Urban farming during the pandemic and Dr Lucentezza Napitupulu (World Resources Institute Indonesia) delivered a talk titled Reinforcing cooperative norms in rural development during the pandemic and beyond.
